PHC Real Estate Agents & Auctioneers was established in 1996 by Licensee Peter Harry
Comino. Parents Harry and Matina Comino owned and operated HA & M
Comino, Auctioneers, Real Estate Agents and Property Management for over 40 years. Prior to this Harry was a Livestock and Station Agent in Emerald,
Qld. As well as being a Real Estate Agent and Auctioneer, Peter is also a registered builder. He was involved in the construction of resorts on
Great Keppel Island, Dunk Island, Lizard Island and Bedara as well as having worked
on Sheraton on the Park, Tattersall's and Piccadilly Plaza in Sydney and more recently on his own Luxury Apartments in Bolsover Street,
Rockhampton.
Peter's real estate experience began in 1988 selling within
Clayfield, Toowong and Inner City Brisbane. With the combination of
real estate sales and marketing expertise along with domestic,
commercial and industrial experience P.H.C. Real Estate can offer
unique service and professionalism to their clientele.

You can be assured that when finding a new tenant for your property PHC will
endevour to ensure that the tenant is of good
fame
and
character. Methods used are information databases such as TICA (Tenancy Information Center of Australia) which records all defaulting tenants from throughout Australia and New Zealand. By using methods like these the chances of finding a 'good' tenant are much greater. (Please note: Although every prospective tenant is thoroughly checked there are some instances where a 'good' tenant can turn 'bad'.)
When a suitable tenant is found for your property, we will give you all the information that we have on them to ensure you are satisfied with our choice. If for some reason you are not happy with our choice we will continue to search until we find the right tenant.
Our quality control does not stop there though. We carry out very thorough
inspections
as
per your appointment on a regular basis to ensure the tenant is looking after the property satisfactorily. If this is the case then inspections will then be carried out every six months. If the first inspection is not satisfactory then the tenant will receive a Notice To Remedy Breach and have seven days to rectify any problems. Once this period has lapsed another inspection will be carried out to ensure all problems have been rectified.
PHC also has a Fully Qualified Property Manager working on a full time basis, Melinda Carr has been in the industry for over 5 years. You can be guaranteed with this team, you will have the best possible care for your property.
If you do want to organise repairs yourself, we ask that they be done by a qualified tradesperson, who is registered with the
QBSA.
All rental monies collected on your behalf will be remitted to you by Electronic Transfer at the end of each month. If you are paying off your property we encourage you to set up your repayments so that they come out of your account at the beginning of each month. You will receive a Statement at the end of each month and at the end of the financial year we send you a Profit/Loss Statement for your taxation records.
